ABOUT ME

Based in New York, I am a certified fitness professional through NASM and Lionel University, specializing in helping busy people build muscle, burn fat, and transform their bodies without sacrificing their everyday lifestyle.

My own journey hasn’t been easy—I was once a college basketball player at Ramapo College until hip surgery and the COVID pandemic left me battling depression, poor eating habits, weight gain, and a complete loss of confidence. I felt stuck in a cycle of frustration, telling myself “I’ll start tomorrow” but never following through, until I finally took ownership, revamped my lifestyle, and lost over 70 pounds in just one year, rebuilding not only my body but also my confidence and mindset.

That transformation inspired me to create Build & Burn Fitness, a system designed for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and too busy to fit fitness into their lives, and I’ve now helped over 100+ men and women overcome the same struggles I once faced—fighting cravings, lacking motivation and discipline, carrying extra weight, and falling off track within weeks—and finally achieve sustainable results.

My mission is to prove that lasting change is possible without restrictive diets or hours in the gym, and as someone who’s lived through the setbacks and excuses, I am proof that no matter how stuck you feel, you can take control, change your life, and win back your confidence. If you’re reading this, it means a part of you already knows you’re capable of more, and I want you to remember: your past doesn’t define you, but the decisions you make today will shape your future—I took control of mine, and with the right system and accountability, you can too.
