ABOUT ME

Based in New York, I am a certified fitness professional through NASM and Lionel University, specializing in helping people build muscle and burn fat.

My fitness journey began as a former college basketball player at Ramapo College, where I played for three years and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. During my freshman year, I faced a major setback when I had hip surgery, and shortly after, the COVID pandemic hit. I found myself struggling with depression, poor eating habits, and a lack of direction. I ended up gaining a significant amount of weight, losing my playing time on the team, and felt like my life was falling apart. Determined to make a change, I revamped my lifestyle, and in just one year, I lost over 70 pounds.

My transformation inspired me to become a personal trainer, creating my "Build & Burn" programming to help others achieve similar results. Today, I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome their obstacles, reach their fitness goals, and regain confidence—just as I did for myself.
